Camberley town centre own bathroom

A large bright 18ft double bedroom with own use bathroom in a modern two bed 2 bath flat in the town centre, sharing with just one other person has now become available for a friendly, tidy, calm and respectful person who is happy to do their share of cleaning. The bedroom is furnished with a large bed with two storage drawers underneath, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, side table and lamp. However, you can bring your own bed if you wish. There is a shared 27ft lounge/kitchen with a west facing balcony so there's some lovely sun to catch at the end of the day. Based in the town centre there is easy access to all facilities including, train station, buses, shops, restaurants cinema and leisure centre.

There is only one other occupant, that's me, Diane. I work in NHS project management, mainly from home and in my free time I enjoy body combat, body balance and swimming at the local leisure centre and 5 to 6 mile walks in the local countryside either with the Ramblers or with friends. I am also 5 months into a weight watchers programme, so someone interested in health and fitness would very welcome.

There is no on site parking, but free parking in nearby streets. Mature female preferred. Friends are welcome to stay for a maximum of 14 days in every 3 months. No drugs or excessive alcohol consumption or loud music at the property. I look forward to your enquiry.
