Room to let in lovely flat

I have 1 double room available in my characterful flat. Available from Friday 18th September. The room has a wardrobe, comfortable nearly new bed and a feature fireplace. Has plenty of natural light. The flat has a large sit in kitchen, large living area and a shared bathroom. Also have plenty of space in my dry garage if you require storage.
You'll be sharing with one easy going, tidy professional who enjoys a relaxed home environment. Also sharing with another quiet, clean respectful male Ideal for someone who wants a calm, respectful space to come home to.
You will also be sharing with my friendly, chilled cat Blue.

I am a shift worker who works 2 days 2 nights. I also do overtime and stay at my partner's house a fair bit. Hence I am not that much of a homebody!

I am located under 1 mile from Camberley high street with all the bars, restaurants and shops you will need. Has a fast(35 minute) cheap regular bus service to Heathrow and trains that go to Ascot (change for trains to London or Reading
