Lovely large single room available in peaceful family home. It has a Bed, desk and chair, double Wardrobe with drawers, 1 chest of drawers and shelves. Shared bathroom with shower and separate cloakroom. The room has it's own full virgin media package.

This is my family home so I only want someone who is extremely clean and respectful.

I do not provide bedding for hygiene reasons. Please provide this yourself.

Excellent location between Camberley and Frimley Town Centre’s, within easy walking distance of Frimley Park Hospital and train stations.

All facilities to a very high standard of decor and hygiene. Access to kitchen for light cooking and eating arrangements. There's no cooking after 8 pm (only microwave and toaster). I keep my lounge private. It is street parking in a quiet street.

Would suit a professional person who commutes at weekends. Rent is £600 per month plus one month in advance (1 months notice to be given) and a refundable £200 security deposit.

I have 2 cats that will not disturb you.

Smoking and vaping permitted outside only.
