The kitchen/lounge/diner has a 50" flat screen TV, and double doors to the attractive south-facing garden with plants and patio area. Garden furniture and a BBQ are also provided for those warm summer evenings, if we ever get any!.

All bills are included, including council tax, Wifi and high speed Virgin broadband to all rooms, so working from home is no problem.

There is a weekly cleaner for all communal areas, and the garden is maintained regularly.

The house is 15 minutes walk from Frimley Park Hospital. There are also good bus routes nearby, and Sainsburys and Waitrose are both within 15 minutes walk.
