All bills are included, including council tax, Wifi and high speed Virgin broadband to all rooms, so working from home is no problem.

All rooms are for single occupancy only.

There is a weekly cleaning for all communal areas, and the garden is maintained regularly.

With plenty of free parking available right outside the house and secure storage in the garage for bikes and other large items, the house has everything you need for comfortable living. Note this is a house of hardworking professionals, not a 'party' house.

The house is 15 minutes walk from Frimley Park Hospital. There are also good bus routes nearby, and Sainsburys and Waitrose are both within 15 minutes walk.

A holding deposit of £100 will secure you the room, to be deducted from the first months rent if the tenancy goes ahead.
