We a family of four (children aged 15 and 17 ie older kids) that live in a nice house in Carshalton Beeches close to two stations with excellent transport links. Also close to the local parks, leisure centre, shops and restaurants.

This en-suite bedroom (4.9m x 4.5m) is huge, full of natural light with a bay window, fireplace and lots of storage. It's quiet and airy, has a big wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa, big king size bed with additional storage under the bed. Very cosy and peaceful.
The en-suite bathroom (3.4m x 1.8m) is very modern with a luxurious rainfall shower and deep bath.

The house is spacious throughout, with a large kitchen-diner along with a utility room. There's also 1GB FIBRE broadband wifi for the house. .

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cutlery, pots, pans, and plates etc, along with a nice dining table to eat or use your laptop on. There is a grass garden & side access for bicycles.

We have a cleaner coming in every week so all communal areas are always in a tip top condition.

Unfortunately no couples or roomshares as we are only looking for 1 person :-)
