The house is a two-bedroom home, and the available room is located upstairs, offering you your own private and cosy space. The room has plenty of storage and comes with a TV with Netflix for you to relax and unwind.

We are a friendly, respectful family and we are looking for someone who will feel comfortable being part of a shared home.

You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom/toilet with us. We also have a young child, so someone who likes children and is comfortable living around a young family would be a great fit.

We value a peaceful and respectful home environment and would therefore be looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces.

Couples may be considered for an additional £100 per month.
