The house is in Carshalton Beeches, which is a highly sought-after area with a great community feel to it. Carshalton Beeches Railway Station is just five minutes walk from the house, with easy access to central London (35mins), Wimbledon (25mins), Croydon (15mins) and Sutton (5mins).

Local shops are 5 minutes down the road with supermarkets, retail shops, coffee shops, post office and restaurants only 10 minutes walk away.

We've also got fast broadband so you don't need to worry about being disconnected!

Carlshalton Beeches station is just around the corner and there are a number of gyms nearby in case you wanted to squeeze in an early morning workout.
