Furnished Double Room in Caterham Valley. Air conditioned, solid pine furniture, 42” LCD TV in room, the tv also has a Roku dongle and so Netflix, Prime TV, Nowtv are all accessible if you have an account. Fast Fibre 500mb/s internet is also at the property
The kitchen is shared with own space for storage and space in the fridge / freezer. Washing machine / tumble dryer / dishwasher and all facilities. I also provide a microwave and fridge in the bedroom.


Bathroom and toilet ( downstairs ) is shared with one other lodger. I also have three dogs in the house, a Jack Russell x whippet, a dachshund and another Jack Russell so a dog lover is essential.

Close to transport... 407 & 434 bus route is 1 minute away and 10 mins walk to Caterham Station. Parking is limited ( on road )

Important that any new lodger understands that they need to clean up after themselves and keep shared rooms clear and tidy. Shared rooms are the responsibility of everyone to keep clean and tidy for the next user ( especially the kitchen, bathroom and toilet )


Bills are all included. The room is £700 a calendar month
