I have a. large well maintained house situated in a very nice area in South Cheam and I would like to find a flatmate who wants to live in a property they feel is home. Even though I want to rent out 1 bedroom, you would have a choice of 2 bedrooms, both with en-suites.

I have attached photos which do not do it justice, so a brief description. The house has 3 spacious reception areas, a large kitchen/ dining area. Also upstairs has a sense of space. All rooms in the house are large with lots of light. There are 3 patio areas in the garden which is totally secluded and not overlooked. Also the garden is secure. The front of the house has private off road parking for 5 cars and I did have the thought that if a tradesman with a van was thinking of applying, the parking would be perfect for him or her.

The house is situated in a quiet road with a 8 minute walk (I timed it) to Cheam station which has 2 fast trains an hour to Victoria. 37 minutes. I am proud to say the house has a very laid back relaxed feel about if and I hope any one who views it feels the same.
