Bright, spacious single room in a family home

Hi, we are looking for someone to share our family home and make use of a bright, airy and spacious single room with own bathroom. It has also recently been redecorated. The kitchen will be shared with us, but is very large so it can accommodate us all!

I live with my wife and twin boys (25) and we are located in a quiet residential area, with a lovely garden backing onto a local tennis club and conveniently located a short (5-10 mins) walk from the local villages of Cheam and Belmont and the main town of Sutton.

There are plenty of local restaurants, bars and parks nearby as well as gyms such as David Lloyd, LA Fitness and Nuffield Health.

A hail and ride bus stops right outside the house with direct links to Sutton and Epsom (both mainline stations) and Morden Tube. Sutton station has trains to London Bridge and Victoria which take on average 30 minutes as well as Wimbledon and Clapham Junction.

If you are a driver, the M25 is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking with no restrictions.

Bills, including broadband, are included (ex phone).
