I’m looking for a professional, experienced lodger to share this unique property in Chertsey with me and my two dogs.

This is a very large house (1800 sq ft) and the rental is for a double bedroom, your own private family sized bathroom and your own private living space with desk, super fast broadband and sky tv. Other than sharing the entrance and kitchen, it’s effectively like having your own flat!

Downstairs is the large shared kitchen with extra large American style fridge freezer, gas hob, Ninja air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and full size dishwasher.
There’s a large south facing garden that is barely overlooked. Shed is large enough for bike storage if needed.
On street parking is available. Wonderful neighbourly community.
Excellent transport links - It’s a two minute walk to Chertsey centre and in morning rush hour less than a 15 minute drive to the M25/M3. 10 minute walk to Chertsey train station, with links to Waterloo as well as from nearby Staines station. 20 minutes drive to T5.

You must be a dog person as I run my own business working with dogs and occasionally have additional four legged house guests. My two are adorable though do bark at the doorbell etc. so you would need to be comfortable with this.
