Please note that there is no off‑road parking.

The shared areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady, and the landlord is local and easy to contact. Segregated high‑speed broadband is available for a small one‑time setup fee, with no monthly rental. All bills are included, covering energy, water, internet and the TV licence for the lounge. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. Your deposit will be registered with the Deposit Protection Service.
