🌿 Spacious Double Room in Friendly Chertsey Flat – Ideal for Professionals, or someone that WFH.
Hi! I'm looking for a friendly and respectful lodger to rent the spare double room in my spacious flat, located just a 5–10 minute walk from Chertsey train station.

🛏️ The Room & Flat:

Large double bedroom with lots of natural light
I have an en-suite in my room but there is a three-piece bathroom that you can make full use of as I rarely have baths.
Currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to provide a bed and basic furnishings—we can discuss what you need
The flat is in the process of being decorated, so it’s a great opportunity to make the space feel like home
Lovely balcony off the living room—perfect for relaxing with a book or drink
💡 Bills:
Some bills are included—happy to discuss and find a fair arrangement that works for both of us.

👩‍🏫 About Me:
I’m a teacher, so I’m out of the house most weekdays until around 5/6pm. I have an active social life, so you’ll often have the place to yourself aside from my room. That said, when I’m home, I’m laid-back and enjoy reading and listening to music. I have thought about getting a Cat but currently Catless and happy to put this off if the tenant has allergies.

A professional with a similar easygoing vibe. If you work from home, the flat is quiet during the day and perfect for focused work, broadband is of course included.
