Hello I am renting out my double room in Chobham. Comfortable and fully furnished, very clean, with good natural light maisonette house. There’s a garden at the front that you can use freely. Parking is free and available.

Rent is £590 pm with bills included. Kitchen and bathroom will be share with me and you’ll have your own access into the property that will be separate from mine. A TV is provided in the room however just needs something like a fire stick to connect to channels with the WIFI
Also there is no shared living room however you will have access to the fridge and kitchen

Good location, especially if you have a car, 10 min drive to the train station Woking. This train line has fast train service to Clapham within 20 mins and Waterloo in 32 mins. Or 20 min bus journey to Woking and approx 10 min drive to get onto the M25 and M3.

The maisonette is located in friendly cosy and healthy environment, surrounded with plenty of nature for those nature walks. Very clean and peaceful, hardly any distractions so you can get your work done.

ideally looking for a flatmate who can drive and would benefit with the location being close to Heathrow
Not looking for someone who works from home.
