Lovely situation, near Watt's Gallery, in rural Compton. Delightful walks and bike paths, including to Guildford. Good access for A3, Guildford 5 mins, and 35 mins to Waterloo. Local bus is no. 46, but it is easier / better to have a car here.

Double bedroom, wardrobe, draws, desk etc. Luxury bathroom (not ensuite). Open plan kitchen–living room, wood stove. Large 'rural' garden, lots of wildlife, squirrels (semi-tame!), rabbits, foxes, pigeons, pheasants, deer etc. Looking for considerate, friendly, lodger/sharer.

My current sharer, who is moving to her own place in June, has been here since 2017! I have not provided a photo of the bedroom, as it is currently her bedroom, but it is a fairly good size (c. 18' x 9') and, if you are interested, I'll be able to show it to you, with her permission.

Although I have advertised as 7 day available, I'd appreciate a sharer who is also quite often away at weekends. I am also open to a Monday to Friday arrangement, but these are points we can discuss should you be interested.
