Close to Watt's Gallery, Compton, nice rural walks and bike paths, including ability to walk or bike in to Guildford. Good for A3 by car,, Guildford 5 mins by car. Local bus, no. 46, but good to have a car also.
Bedroom (16' x 8') lovely views onto large garden. Wardrobe, draws, comfortable single bed to maximize space, comfortable seating, desk etc. Luxury bathroom (not ensuite but you will often have it to yourself). Open plan kitchen–living room, wood stove. Wildlife, squirrels, rabbits, pigeons, pheasants. Suitable for considerate, friendly, lodger/sharer. My previous lodger stayed for several (actually many) years, now moved to her own place.
7 day lodging. Open, also, to Monday to Friday agreement or some mix of full weeks and shorter weeks. Living room not included as such, but as it is part of open plan kitchen-living room, we will, to an extent, be sharing these spaces. Your room will have desk, comfortable seating, and possibly TV.
