LGBTQ+ friendly. Live in landlord. Having had lodgers for the past 6 years, I would like someone who I'm not just sharing a roof with. Still in regular contact with a few of my old lodgers. Would be nice to find someone who I can get along with. My last lodger, she was with me for nearly 2.5 years.

PETS - I've put pets suitable but there's a caveat on that. I used to have a cat until he passed away in December last year at the old age of 20.5 years old. Yep 20.5 human years old. I'd potentially be okay with someone having a cat, but not a dog. Although I love all animals, including dogs, I don't think my property is suitable for one that hasn't got full reign of the house.

WHAT I'M OFFERING:
Quiet cul-de-sac, family orientated. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, but only you and I here.

Ground floor double bedroom (3m x 2.9m), bedside table, 6 drawer tall chest, under bed storage, built in wardrobe. Ensuite shower room.

Separate living room (3m x 2.7m) for you, also on ground floor. 50” 4K TV with sky movies, sports and entertainment pack. Also included is Netflix, Disney plus and Amazon Prime Video.

In the kitchen you have your own fridge freezer and storage.

I do have a garden but it's currently being redone. See photos.

Free Gym, Tennis Courts, Pool And Sauna (for private village residents only). This is about a 3-4mins walk away.

All bills included. Allocated parking outside house. CCTV at front and rear of house. Very low crime rate area, but better to be safe than sorry :)

TRANSPORT:
You can drive to Brighton in about 45 mins, or get a train to London Victoria in 25 mins or London Bridge in 20 mins. Train station is about 5 mins drive away or you can walk to the bus stop, which is a 10 mins walk. It’s in zone 6.

Gatwick airport is 12miles away, driving there takes 18mins.

ABOUT YOU:
Clean, respectful, easy going. Must have a full time job but no full time working from home or night workers please.

£725 per month + £725 deposit, if you work from home part-time. Which I think is fair considering the gas and electricity price hikes. Happy to discuss.

ABOUT ME:
I'm 44 years old and I work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 for a Care Home. I enjoy chilling in front the TV most days after work. Maybe a series (Lucifer, The Rookie, LOTR, Star Trek/Star Wars related, Bake off, BGT, First dates, anything Marvel etc), home improvement show, movies (pretty much anything including animated, musicals and rom-coms but not horror) or just some music playing. Recently I discovered Off Campus and Heated Rivalry. Heated Rivalry was amazing.

Would be nice to find someone with similar interests who’d like to socialise (not all the time) / chat as opposed to just sharing the same roof and just say Hi every time we walk past each other. Saturday is always prosecco Saturday for me. Crack open a bottle of prosecco or malbec and watch a film or two.
