Furnished medium sized single room with double bed available beginning of August. Near to town centre walking distance. Washing machine. Large garden.
My kitchen is small and only room for one person to cook at a time so working in harmony with someone is important. I keep the flat to a very high standard of cleanliness, so frying is not permitted in the kitchen. If that's likely to be a problem, this probably isn't the right fit.


Someone who drinks lightly or only occasionally and is respectful.
The room offered is a recently decorated large single / double room, fully furnished, with fresh clean bed linen provided.

Please keep in mind there is only one bathroom and toilet. The bath has a hand held shower.
This home would suit someone easy-going, considerate and respectful . While the atmosphere here is relaxed, I do have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and organisation. The house is kept exceptionally clean and I am looking for someone who naturally lives the same way. This includes keeping both shared areas and your own room clean, tidy and well maintained.
Good personal hygiene, respect for other people's space, and consideration for the established routines of the household are important.
