Bathroom has a large ceramic bath with a powerful shower. Separate toilet room.

On the doorstep are great walks and cycling in the beautiful Surrey Hills area of natural beauty. Walking distance (10 mins) to village; bus stop 2 min walk (for Village centre / Guildford/ Horsham). Centre has cafes, restaurants, bars, three supermarkets, a leisure centre, and a lovely Arts Centre with regular shows.

Peaceful, friendly, relaxed household - easy-going female landlady. All Bills included. Parking outside house on private cul-de-sac street. When I'm not working, I'm usually hiking or biking on the many local trails.
