Double room in Cranleigh

Double room available to rent in spacious home, all costs included in amount.
Co-tenant is welcome to use all appliances etc. that I have in the house.
Must be OK with a dog in home.
Ample parking available in communal parking space approx 15m from home.
Must be a clean and professional male individual.
References will be required.
Smoking OK but in garden/patio only.
Have a single bed and separate fridge without freezer compartment available for tenant to use if desired, note that rent amount will not change if opting not to use them.
Also take note that furniture shown in the room is not included, as I will be moving it to the next-door room where I am going to stay.
