Lovely house in Busy Village

Contemporary house in the lovely village of Cranleigh. Shops from supermarkets, hairdressers to gift shops, and a variety of places to eat. Nearby towns include Guildford, Dorking and Horsham and we're surrounded by countryside for walks and cycling. I'm told we have a sports centre but I've never set foot in it.
The room itself is pleasantly decorated with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.
The bathroom has both bath and shower, and is for your sole use.
The kitchen has most appliances, There is a downstairs toilet, and the sitting room opens to the garden which in the winter resembles the Somme.
My house is colourful, clean but not very tidy.
As for me, I'm fairly laid back if you feed me chocolate.😊
