We have a large, beautiful and bright room available in this very clean, respectful and closely connected shared female home in a large Victorian 6-bed house down a quiet up-market residential street in South Croydon.

There is a large open plan kitchen/dining area that opens onto a lovely garden with BBQ patio area great for chilling and entertaining in the Summer. All bills are included, we have a regular cleaner, two washer driers, dishwasher, virgin broadband and a high end hotel boiler system so your showers are always hot!

The house benefits from free parking and is a short walk from two main line train stations (South Croydon and Sanderstead), restaurants and shops. If you are a nature lover, a four minute walk round the corner takes you into a large stunning forest with a view point and golf course. The property is licensed and we will not be selling the property so you can rest assured you would have a safe and stable home.

It’s a chilled clean house, where you can either keep yourself to yourself or connect with the other housemates. Some of our current housemates have been sharing this home together for years, cooking and watching movies together. This house is really geared up for working professionals between the ages of 24-38
