THE ROOM

The bedroom is spacious and has two large windows, giving it plenty of natural light and making it bright and airy throughout the day.

It comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed and quality mattress, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, desk and chair. There is plenty of storage and enough space to comfortably relax or work from home. Blackout curtains help keep the room calm and restful at night.

THE HOUSE

This is a comfortable, well-equipped home rather than a house where everyone is confined to their bedrooms.

There is a shared lounge and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen containing a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and two fridge-freezers, so there is plenty of cooking and storage space for everyone.

The shared bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall from the bedroom.

Outside, there is a peaceful private garden with a patio area, ideal for sitting outside in warmer weather. Secure bike storage is available through the side access in a lockable storeroom.
