Lovely double room with cupboard/wardrobe, chest of drawers, small comfy chair and table, small TV (terrestrial channels only), rest of house shared - would suit a professional as in a quiet area with great transport links into Central London (15-20 mins) and out to Redhill/Gatwick/Crawley. 10-15 mins walk to East Croydon station or 5 mins bus ride. Additionally Norwood Junction on the London Overground line is a 10 min bus journey.
Bills included, Broadband/wifi access, Sky TV downstairs, use of kitchen and garden.
I am the easy going live-in owner and the spare room is for a professional who has a home already somewhere else and needs accommodation nearer work and needs to stay Monday to Friday ONLY. Room cleaned every weekend and fresh bed linen and towels provided.
I work from home so unfortunately it's not possible for any potential tenants to do the same.
