Just simple lifestyle requirements. Are you that person? Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful of house rules and environment and needing minimal attention. Respectful of space and personal boundaries, but who likes to have an occasional chat now and again. I require a professional who does not work from home, non-smoker and no pets. The room is for a single person, Mon - Sat full week let OR Mon - Fri let, (I will consider short lets, but it just depends on timing and a security deposit will be required regardless of the let period).
