I am looking for one professional person who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate of the home and personal space. This would suit someone independent who enjoys a peaceful home environment but is also happy to have the occasional chat.

I am a live-in landlord and split my working time between home and the office. I’m easy-going, relatively busy and respectful of personal space. I enjoy fitness, theatre, reading and travelling.

The room is available for single occupancy only.
