Furbished room will be fully furnished with a wardrobe before moving in.

The is modern and fully equipped, shared spaces are living room, kitchen and there is a garden to enjoy in the summer
LOCATION & TRANSPORT
The house is located in East Croydon, 15 mins walk to the station or 10mins by bus, nearest bus stop is 7 mins walk. Direct trains and frequent trains to London Victoria or London Bridge in 20mins. 20mins trains to Gatwick Airport
