Light and airy end of terrace house with a garden.

Occupied by myself and one other housemate. We are friendly and happy to socialise in the shared spaces. I enjoy meeting new people however am very respectful of personal space.

The room has a single bed however it can fit a small double if preferred. Additionally, there is furniture.

Although this is a Monday to Friday let, if preferred you can arrive on Sunday evening to Friday morning. The housemate can also leave some belongings such as toiletries, some clothes, etc over the weekend, saving having to bring items back and forth each week.

Although not a party house, we occasionally share a glass of wine in the evening, watch something on tv, chat, and/or sit out in the garden which has a dining area and BBQ set.

There is a shared kitchen, large bathroom, dining room with TV and a living room, which to relax.

The house is on a quiet road, with friendly neighbours.

A one minute walk to the local park which also has access to the Wandle Park tram - a 5 minute walk away.

There are multiple transport options, and in 40 minutes there is direct access into central London via London Overground and Network Rail, and direct links to Gatwick Airport.
