I am looking for someone to rent the 2nd bedroom in my modern and well kept house on a tree lined road in Addiscombe.

The Room: furnished double bedroom with space and shared bathroom.

Open plan kitchen/lounge leading in to the lounge. Kitchen has all mod cons including, kettle, toaster, nespresso machine, oven, air fryer etc.

Me: Professional and working in the city. Sociable, relaxed female into some sports and but also enjoy pub/going out and also into travelling.

You: you will be a clean, tidy and sociable person who is looking for a place to call home who wants to make the most of being in London!

The house is situated in a popular and very sought after road in addiscombe. It’s incredibly convenient for shops and various amenities. Tram, bus and train stations including East Croydon, Norwood junction and Elmers end are just a walk away. You can also access Beckenham junction train station with ease.

The gorgeous Shirley hills are a short walk away and provide some beautiful nature walks and views across London.
