A beautifully furnished double room is available in our newly refurbished, shoeless home. The room includes a double bed, black dressing table, television, TV stand and hanging rail, offering a comfortable and stylish space to relax.

The house has three bedrooms and is currently shared by two professional females. We are clean, respectful and easy-going, and we are looking for someone with a similar mindset who values a peaceful, well-kept home.

**Kitchen & Shared Spaces**
The kitchen is fully equipped with a boiling water tap, air fryer, microwave, slow cooker, pots, plates and cutlery.
We share the cost of household cleaning items, laundry products and basic seasonings. Food is not shared. One housemate is vegan and has her own fridge, plus we have a shared drinks fridge.

**Household Kitty**
We maintain an online household kitty where each person contributes £20 monthly. This covers small repairs, replenishing shared items, occasional girls’ nights, summer BBQs and general household extras.

**Bills Included**
Rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, WiFi and a monthly professional cleaner (bedrooms optional at an additional £20).

**House Vibe**
This is a clean, respectful and friendly home. We are hoping to find someone kind, considerate and tidy who would enjoy either building a genuine friendship or maintaining a respectful, easy-going living environment.

**Rent & Terms**
• £1000 pcm (all bills included)
• Rent due on the 28th of each month
