Two double rooms available in a calm, well-kept three-bed apartment, each suited to an independent professional looking for a quiet, low-key base to come back to. I'm a quiet, low-key live-in landlord who travels frequently for work, so the home stays calm and ordered, with plenty of space and privacy day to day. You'd be sharing only with one other quiet professional and, when I'm around, me.

The rooms (available individually)
Room 1 — Double with private en-suite, stylishly furnished, fitted built-in wardrobe. The larger, more private of the two.

Room 2 — Double with a proper desk/work area and good storage — easy to work from home. Access to bathroom 2, shared with landlord (often travelling).

Large open-plan kitchen and living room — bright and well-kept
A unique indoor patio — ideal for additional storage if needs be.

Approx. XXX m² — never feels cramped, and easy to keep clean.

The setup
I keep the third bedroom as my own — it's my office and storage and has a sofa bed, and I stay there when I'm around. As the live-in landlord it stays my space and I keep access to the property. I'm away often, so the flat is genuinely quiet — but this is a shared home lodging arrangement, with a resident landlord, not a whole-flat let.

1 min walk to West Croydon Station (Overground & Southern)
9 min walk to East Croydon Station (fast trains to London Bridge / Victoria)
Supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and tram lines all on the doorstep
