The single room has a large double bed, a large Smart TV on the wall (already logged into Netflix), plenty of storage space in cupboards, 2 freshly cleaned duvets, 2 duvet covers, 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases, are provided and all freshly cleaned before someone moves in. A desk and chair. 2 atmospheric touch lights with 3 settings by the bedside and on the desk. The room has a lock.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all cooking utensils and cutlery, feel free to share them. There is a washing machine, and plenty of space in the cupboards and shelves for your goods.

The front room with the glass table is communal, feel free to dine there.

There is a bath and a shower. Feel free to have baths or showers as you wish. There is plenty of room in the bathroom cupboard for your goods.

There is a drier for clothes that we share in the shared front room.

The garden is lovely to relax in and the rotary rack dries clothes fast as it is directly under the sun.
