🏡 The Space
The two rooms available are on the top floor, both with built-in wardrobes, so you’d only need to bring a bed (and a TV if you’d like). There’s already a TV in the living room, and the outhouse is set up with a projector, so you’ve got great options for relaxing and entertaining.
I rented the house unfurnished last year and have since fully furnished all of the shared spaces to a really high standard, creating a comfortable and homely environment throughout. The only unfurnished area is the top floor, giving you the flexibility to make it your own — whether that’s a bedroom plus office, dressing room, or space for hobbies. There’s also loads of storage, both within your own space and throughout the house.

🎬 Outhouse & Outdoor Space
The outhouse is a real highlight — it’s fully furnished, heated, and includes a projector, making it a perfect additional living space. It’s ideal if you want to have friends over, enjoy a movie night, or have your own separate area without impacting the main house.
I’m currently in the process of building some garden furniture as well, so the outdoor space is coming together beautifully — it’s already a stunning area and will be even better heading into summer.

💸 Bills & Practicalities
Bills are split 50/50 and include water, gas, electricity, and council tax is band D. There isn’t currently WiFi set up, but I’m more than happy to get that sorted together and include it within the shared bills.

👩🏻 About Me
I’m 29, Irish (from Limerick), and work in clinical account management within healthcare. I was previously a midwife for 10 years before moving into this role. I travel quite a bit for work and am often away for a week at a time, so there will be plenty of times where you have the house to yourself and full use of all shared areas.

🧘♀️ Lifestyle & Living Together
I’m very easygoing, friendly, and respectful of personal space. I’m also very clean and tidy and do appreciate that both ways, but equally I’m realistic — no one’s falling out over a few dishes in the sink overnight (there is a dishwasher, don’t worry… and a wine fridge 🍷).
I’d really like this to feel like a home for both of us — the house is big, so it’s important to me that we both feel comfortable using all of the shared spaces freely.
I’m happy to build a friendship or just comfortably coexist — whatever works best.
