This is a two-bed flat in a large block, with lifts, a short walk from East Croydon, where there are regular fast trains into Central London. There is a gym and a co-working space in the building, included in rent, and a roof terrace.

About me: I work at spreadsheets and I’ve lived in Croydon for five years now. Everyone says they’re tidy in these ads, and I like to think I am, but I won’t lie to you, I leave books all over the place. I’m away on business trips fairly often, and only occasionally work from home. I am very into science and I like birdwatching and tabletop games. I’m a Quaker, and I’m queer. I go to a lot of concerts and I like to sometimes buy flowers for the kitchen.
