House near to 3 stations all within 5 to 15 minutes away from Property trains direct 20 minutes to central London. East London as well as bus station and central Croydon a 15 min walk. House located on a quiet rd near park and shops 2 min walk. Double room with doors to garden on ground floor. Brand new refurbished room light and airy. Large kitchen diner and large bathroom shared areas. We are a chilled household, as a live in landlord i am easy going , we play music and are sociable but also keep to myself. Dont get in the way and happy for guests to come over that you are responsible for. We are a working household but im happy to except housing benefit. Looking for someone who has a good sense of humour, has a good vibe and is clean. The house has a good standard of hygiene in all areas.
