I am looking for a lodger to rent a lovely, fully furnished double room in a tidy, ready-to-go 2-bedroom maisonette. The room and the entire house have just been renovated and freshly painted. The bedroom comes complete with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and a desk, plus plenty of storage space. The layout of the maisonette naturally places the bedrooms on opposite sides of the property, offering a nice bit of extra privacy. The room's window also faces a quiet, chilled road for a peaceful night's sleep.
The House, Amenities & Me You will be sharing the home with me—I am an IT professional who works from home, and in my free time, I love Latin dancing! The shared spaces are kept very clean and tidy, and include:

- 10 minutes walk to Selhurst Station.
- 17 minutes walk to East Croydon and West Croydon Stations.
- 40 minutes total to reach London Bridge, London Victoria, or Gatwick Airport.
- Bus lines on your doorstep: 75, 157, 50, 468, N68, SL6, and 450.
