We're currently interested in a three-bedroom apartment at No27 East Croydon, just a 2-minute walk from East Croydon Station, with trains to London Bridge in under 15 minutes.
The total rent for the flat is around £2,300 per month, and you would have the largest bedroom with your own en-suite bathroom. Including bills, your monthly cost would be approximately £950.
Please note that the letting agent requires prospective tenants to complete a pre-assessment (including ID verification and a rental application) before arranging a viewing. If you're interested, you'll need to be happy to provide these documents so we can apply together.
