The room has been renovated with a ensuites, flooring and bathrooms and has a separate toilet so no queing up! The rooms are available immediately for a single person only (no couples) that will stay for at least 12 months.

The room comes fully furnished with Extreme fast free Wi-Fi and NO BILLS and NO council tax.

Transport connections are excellent good - central London trains are brilliant. Trains go direct to London Bridge (22 mins), Victoria (23 mins), Blackfriars, Farringdon, KingsX, City Thameslink, Waterloo East, CharringX, Clapham Junction, Brighton, Gatwick (30 mins), Redhill, Purley, Coulsdon, South Croydon, Sanderstead, Oxted. The 403 bus goes every 12 minutes to Warlingham, Sanderstead, South Croydon, Fairfield Halls in East Croydon and West Croydon; the 412 goes every 15 minutes to Purley, Riddlesdown, Selsdon and Croydon
