Double Room near Wandle Park

Living Room

Hi, we're Lewis and Marcelo. We are a British/Brazilian couple who have a decent double room to let in our house.

Our house is well connected:
- 5 mins walk to West Croydon (semi-fast trains to London Bridge, and Overground Windrush Line)
- 5 mins walk to Wandle Park Tram stop (to Wimbledon)
- 15/18mins walk to East Croydon (fast trains to Central, Clapham Junction, Gatwick Airport)

All bills included in the rent.

The house is a 3-bedroom house with a shared living room and bathroom. We keep one room spare as a guest bedroom which you are also welcome to use for short-stay visitors.

The room is fully furnished but feel free to add your own touch to it.

We love to cook so have a fully equipped kitchen, a large fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

We are in the process of redoing our garden and should have it looking great shortly!

We are a friendly couple and really want you to feel that this is your home too. Lewis works for a homeless charity and Marcelo is a barista. We both work Mon-Fri and Lewis works from home several days a week.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and considerate, and preferably doesn't WFH every day.

Things to note:

- We are planning to get a dog in the next few months.
- Cleaning of communal areas is shared.
- We both have family and friends living abroad, so they will occasionally come and stay in the spare room.
-The desk shown in the bedroom photo belongs to the current lodger and so will not be included in the furnishings.
