The master bathroom is on the same floor and will be used by you a majority of the time (in addition to when guests visits). As the other tenant (myself will be on the top floor with access to an ensuite).

House is currently on the market to be sold, so looking for temp renters - it could be for 1 month, 3 month or more - depending on the house sale.
