Sharing with a full time secondary school maths teacher who is also a creative, this 3 bedroom flat boasts a studio space, a plant filled shared living room and a beautiful south facing balcony with a gorgeous sunset view. I use the studio about twice a week at a reasonable volume level, otherwise my home is quiet 70% of the time as this is how I decompress after working with people/ children all day. Open to living with a fellow cat owner as this flat includes a tranquil cat. Your room also has a latch/ lock on the inside should you want increased privacy whilst at home.
