I’m offering a double room with en suite in my modern apartment in Leon House, Croydon (CR0 1FY). This is my home, but I am away the majority of the time and will only stay at the property occasionally.

As a result, for most of the time you will have a 2 bedroom apartment to yourself.

The arrangement

You will have your own double bedroom with an en suite and full use of the apartment’s shared living spaces and facilities. Plus an additional family bathroom.

I retain my own space within the property for the occasional times I stay, but this will be relatively infrequent meaning the second bedroom can be used as office space.

This would particularly suit a professional who values privacy, independence and a quiet home, without having to rent an entire apartment and manage separate household bills.

Leon House comes with roof terrace, concierge, co working space, communal lounge space, large dining room for hire to host events/birthday parties and board room for use.

Leon House is conveniently located in central Croydon, with excellent transport connections from East Croydon Station, providing quick access into Central London and surrounding areas.

Shops, restaurants, cafés, gyms and other amenities are all within easy reach.

Rent

£1,650 per calendar month – bills included.

The rent includes the normal household bills, making monthly costs straightforward and predictable.

Ideally, I’m looking for a clean, respectful and responsible professional who will treat the apartment as their own home and look after it accordingly.

This is not a typical busy house-share. It offers considerably more privacy, with the apartment effectively being yours for the majority of the time.
