Lovely Double Room in Addiscombe – Weekday Let

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate weekday lodger to share my lovely two-bedroom flat in Addiscombe, Croydon.

The room is a bright, spacious furnished double bedroom with two windows, a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, offering plenty of storage.

You'll be sharing with just me, the live-in owner, and will have full use of the shared spaces, including a large lounge with TV, kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

The flat is on a quiet residential road in Addiscombe, just a short walk from Sandilands tram stop. East Croydon station is approximately 10 minutes away by tram, with excellent onward connections to London Bridge, Victoria and central London.

I'm ideally looking for someone who needs accommodation during the working week, but I'm also happy to consider someone who only needs two, three or four nights a week.

This would particularly suit a professional who works in London during the week and returns to their main home at weekends.

I'm flexible about the exact days and arrangements, which we can discuss to find something that works for us both. You're welcome to leave your belongings in the room over weekends.

I'm a friendly, sociable professional and enjoy having a relaxed, comfortable home.

I'd love to find someone who feels comfortable making themselves at home during the week. You're very welcome to use the lounge and kitchen as freely as I do. We're both free to do our own thing, but it would also be lovely to have the occasional cup of tea, chat or meal together.

I'm also in the process of getting a cat, so I'm looking for someone who likes cats and would be happy sharing a home with one.

I'll be arranging a regular cleaner to help keep the flat clean. We'd both be responsible for everyday tidying and cleaning up after ourselves.

The rent will be £625 per calendar month, including bills, based on a five-night weekday arrangement. I'm happy to discuss the rent for someone needing fewer nights.

I'm looking for someone friendly, considerate, reasonably tidy and independent, who would enjoy a comfortable weekday base with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
