I have a double room in a one bedroom flat if you want to have it full the rent will be 500 pound if in sharing it will be 250 pound i will be staying in the lounge but I only will be coming at night to sleep so won't disturb you the rent is to be payed cash in hand and their is no contract the flat has a parking of its own which you can use all bills are inclusive
In sparerooms it only gives option for 2 bedroom that is why I have put 2 bedroom actually it is 1 bedroom flat
