Looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to share my lovely first-floor flat, with a private terrace and garden.
The flat includes:
* Spacious living room
* Separate kitchen
* Shared bathroom with shower/bath
* Private terrace and garden
* On-street parking
Rent & bills: Rent is £700 per month, plus bills (around £175 per person per month)
The room: Unfurnished, although the current tenant may be willing to sell furniture, such as a bed frame and wardrobe.
A little about me: I’m Denise, 31, sociable and easy-going. I enjoy cooking, film nights, a cup of tea and a chat, but also value having our own space and independence at home.
I’m hoping to find someone friendly, considerate and tidy who’d like to make the flat feel like a welcoming home together. 😊
Feel free to message me for more details or if you feel like this aligns with you!
