The flat is a large ground-floor garden flat with four bedrooms in total. There is a spacious shared lounge with sofas, TV, dining table and wood floors, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and tumble dryer. There is also a modern shower room and separate WC.

The garden is a real highlight. It is a large private Victorian walled garden that gets plenty of sun in the summer and is massive. Ideal for relaxing outdoors after work or at weekends. Gardener included, so no hassle either.

The current flatmates are friendly all working female professionals who keep the flat clean, respectful and easy-going. Everyone gets along well while still having their own space.
