Bills are split evenly between the four housemates and are usually around £140 per person per month, covering gas, electricity, water, WiFi and council tax. On-street parking is available with a resident permit if needed.

East Croydon Station is around a 10-minute walk away, with fast trains to London Bridge, Victoria and Gatwick. West Croydon is also close by for Overground and Southern services, and Church Street tram stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. Shops, gyms, restaurants and cafes are all within a short stroll.
