This is a newly painted bedroom with its own private entrance at the back, its own kitchen and shower room. It's more like a flat than just a room. The landlord (myself) lives above on a different floor, but respects privacy. We would share the washing machine and I use one room on the same floor as a reception room and for access to the front door The new lodger must be very clean, considerate and tidy.
The house is close to Dorking town centre and the countryside.
