Professional live-in landlady seeking an easy going and friendly lodger for a double room overlooking back garden. Fully furnished.
Semi detached Victorian house, with large kitchen, dining room, living room, ground floor WC, bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
Must like cats as I own 2 and be happy to feed them sometimes for me when I stay with my mum.
I am a sociable person and love entertain although I do like my own space too. Especially in the summer I love to have people over for bbqs and drinks in the garden.
No private parking but street parking available. House is located 5 minutes from Dorking town centre. Bus stop at end of road and Dorking stations can all be reached within a 20-25 minute walk.
The room to let is a double room - with a chest of drawers - there are 4 drawers under the bed and there is also a mirrored wardrobe in the corner of the room.
A log burner is in the living room to make cold winter nights cosier.
The house is free rein I don’t expect you to keep to your room. I’m happy to sit in the living room together watching tv- playing board games etc.
