Three bedrooms have en suites. All four bathrooms have a shower, toilet and basin, and the upgraded water system allows all four showers to run at the same time.

Each bedroom comes fully furnished with new furniture, including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and mattress, plus a flat-screen TV with internet connectivity. Heating is controlled separately on each floor using Hive.

Shared appliances include a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a 49-inch TV in the living room.

The location is convenient for commuting, shopping and eating out:

East Croydon station: approximately 2 minutes’ walk, with trains to Clapham Junction in around 10 minutes, Victoria in 18 minutes and Gatwick Airport in 15 minutes.

BOXPARK: approximately 2 minutes’ walk for restaurants, bars and events.

Sainsbury’s: approximately 2 minutes’ walk.

Croydon College: approximately 4 minutes’ walk.

Bills are £123 per person per month, covering water, Council Tax (Band D), unlimited high-speed internet, gas, heating, electricity, TV licence and a cleaner every fortnight. Gas and electricity are subject to fair usage.
