Huge double room nestled between East and South Croydon. All bills included for ease. The flat is 80 square metres in total, so plenty of space to feel like you're not on top of one another. The flat is 10 min walk from East Croydon and 6 mins from South Croydon stations, so ideally placed for anyone who commutes. It's also 20 mins to Gatwick, which is great for a weekend getaway.

I'm a teacher who is into running, cycling, football, history and adventure in general. I'm looking for someone independent, but with some shared interests.

I'm pretty relaxed as a person and am well used to sharing space from many years of renting in London. I'm actually planning to sell the flat, so I'm moving back in temporarily as I start this process. Because of this, it'll be a 6-month let, but I can guarantee you can stay until at least April. If the sale doesn't take off immediately and you want to stay longer, we could definitely extend that. I'll only be there part-time as I'll be splitting my time between the flat and my family home, meaning the flat would be yours to yourself for a considerable part of the time.

The room is pictured with furniture to give you an idea, but it is currently unfurnished. I'm more than happy to work with you to part-furnish it as required. There will be property viewings at points during the tenancy, but I'll always communicate well in advance about how and when those will take place.

I can be pretty flexible with the move-in day and am happy to consider someone who works from home. Also happy to consider a couple at a slightly higher rent.
