The house is newly refurbished with brand new appliances, all fitted within the last year. There are 3 bedrooms (each with an en-suite toilet + shower). The kitchen is brand new, with a dishwasher, washing machine and lots of cupboards. There is also a private garden and a driveway with a parking space .

About the bedroom:

Your bedroom has a double bed with side tables on each end and 2 lamps, a mattress, desk, office chair, modern wardrobes with mirrors, a recliner chair and an en-suite shower room. There is plenty of storage space in the spacious wardrobes, as well as extra wall space if you need more storage. There are also 2 windows with blinds so you have plenty of natural light

About the area:

The house is located on a lush, quiet residential street and is a 12 minute walk from East Croydon station with direct 15 minute trains to Victoria and London Bridge. You can also directly reach other major stations such as Clapham junction in 10 minutes, Kings Cross + Farringdon within roughly 25 minutes and be at Gatwick airport in 15 minutes. There is also a boxpark next to East Croydon station, as well as tonnes of coffee shops (Cafe Nero, Starbucks etc.) restaurants and bars in the area, a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco’s, all within walking distance. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the house and the town and shopping centre are also only a 20 min walk away. A massive park, perfect for runs or long walks is only a 5 minute walk from the house.

About us:

There are currently 3 of us living in the house; 1 of us is a consultant, 1 of us works in fashion and 1 of us works in Finance. We are between the ages of 30-35.
